Backache

Backache is a pain, usually feels like an ache, stiffness in the back. It originates usually from the muscles, nerves, joints, or bones. Back pain or backache is painful as well discomfortable. It can occur in everypeople at any age.

Some of the types of backaches are neck pain, shoulder pain, spondylitis, frozen shoulder, sciatica, slip disc.

Symptoms are mainly pain in the low back, pain radiates to leg, can't able to move the back flexibility, muscle pain in the back side, can't able to sit or stand straightly.

Causes are arthritis, bulging discs, over stretching, ligament strain, lifting or pulling some heavy objects etc..,

Diagnose can be done by X-ray, MRI scan, bone scan, nerve studies. Normally diagnosis tests are not needed for all type of backaches, if it is severe go for the tests.

Specially prepared warm medicated oil is kept over the lumbar regions with a herbal paste boundary.

Vamanam
