Gastric Problems

Stomach is one of the important organ in the body. It helps in the digestion of foods, releases various enzymes. Stomach lies in the lower part of the abdomen. Gastric problems mainly occurs in the stomach or oesophagus, causes pain or discomfort. The gastric problems include peptic ulcer, dyspepsia.

The common symptoms of gastric problems are excessive gas formation in stomach, constant pain, vomiting, diarrhea, indigestion, heartburn, bloating, acid indigestion. There are two types such as acute and chronic. Acute reduces quickly and Chronic leads to ulcers.

The causes are acidic foods, spicy foods, smoking, alcohol, mental stress, drugs, bacterial infections.

Abhyangam

It is a whole body massage with special herbal oils.

Specially prepared warm medicated oil is kept over the lumbar regions with a herbal paste boundary.

Vamanam
